Recap: Orioles 3 – Yankees 2 (10 innings)

Result: The Yankees lost their second straight in heart-breaking fashion with a loss in the 10th inning to the first place Orioles at Camden Yards in Baltimore.

Need to know: Manny Machado — who doubled in the 10th — scored on a one out single from Nick Hundley to win the game off Yankees’ reliever Adam Warren (1-5). It was another frustrating game for the Yankees, who wasted a stellar start from Hiroki Kuroda, who threw seven innings and gave up only two runs.  The Yankees’ sole runs came on solo home runs from Brian Roberts and Kelly Johnson. The Orioles tied the game in the fourth on a wild pitch and a sacrifice fly by Chris Davis.
