Yahoo is reporting Cairo is in the lineup and batting 9th
WTF
Not sure, MLB gameday has Cano batting 9th.Originally Posted by ryanm1058123

It should be an interesting game. Randy pitching the way he has been may lead to most fans to be nervous. Especially since his back isn't all that well and it's going to be a cold night in Detroit, so that doesn't help Randy.
We will be fine, I think, as long as we attack first against Rogers and keep it going throughout the game. I think our bullpen will hold up and if we get the ball to Mo' it's all good.
I like the fact that Joe is playing Bernie tonight, based off his #s against Rogers. Giambi playing 1st is okay, but atleast he wasn't taken out because he has such a great OBP. Sheff not playing is okay, I guess, considering he hasn't done much so far this series. I'm sure he will be pinch hitting sometime this game if we need him to. And A-Rod batting 4th is a good move in my opinion. It may boost up his confidence, and make Alex think that Joe really feels that he is capable of batting cleanup, and hopefully it hits him and he hits like a #4 batter should.
... I can't wait until the game is on.
Thanks for the pregame heart attack.Originally Posted by ryanm1058123

No baseball tonight? Oh that's right, the Expos skipped town, went to DC and missed the playoffs. Enjoy the hockey.Originally Posted by montrealer

Hi Everybody!
Here's toasting to a Yankees win tonight!
Glad about Torre's lineup tonight, Bernie should be playing... I just hope Giambi's wrist is ok enough for him to play 1st and it doesn't cause further damage for later in the postseason.
10 wins to go!

No it's not. Even if we lost tonight, I would still be very confident we would win games 4 and 5.Originally Posted by Kluivert4Ever

I respectfully disagree, just the thought of having Wright pitching in a elimination game scares the bejesus out of me out of me...Originally Posted by JeffWeaverFan

Torre must have a quick hook with RJ tonight. If it looks like his back is hurting, his mechanics are out of whack, and he gives up 2-3 runs early.....get him out.

The Go Fish Tournament just got rained out. Phew.
I'm in.
Why they ever play that thing in a Stadium without a retractable roof is beyond me.

As a college student I can tell you, that is completely false. It's you drink too much you get drunk, you drink more then that you get sick. End of story.Originally Posted by stephsamps
