    Hello from Japan

    Hello,everyone.
This is my first post. I'm a Japanese living in Tokyo,Japan.
I've been a Matsui's fan for a long time. In fact I've been watching him since he was in high school. I've been a Yankees' fan since he joined NYY 4 years ago. Now I enjoy NYY's games on TV and I want to visit Yankee Stadium some day.

    That's great!! Welcome.

Hope you get over to Yankee Stadium sometime soon. You will definitely see many of your countrymen and women there. The diversity of the crowd these days is one of the unforeseen benefits of a truly international team.

I would say "Kon-nichi-wa". But that's OK, too. Thank you for your reply.

Kon-nichi-wa,Sarah-san. Very nice to see greetings written in "Japanese".
It would be easier for me to read if it were written in our local language, though.

What is the reaction to matsui's injury over there in Japan?
Mini Putt My record is 20
    I STILL support A-Rod
    A-Rod's 2010 Season: .325, 63 HR, 164 RBI

My prediction for Javier Jazquez in 2010: 12-10, 4.84
I will gladly eat my words if I am way off.

It was top news on every TV channel. Almost everybody was talking about it all day long on the day.
(The accident happened in the morning in Japan.)
It looks like we won't be able to see Yankees' game any more on TV before Matsui comes back.
