I didn't get a chance to watch the game live since I was at work, but I did TiVo it. I'm watching it now and it's fine. (I'm in Illinois).

After 5 phone calls, I found someone who actually checked to see if I was authorized for the signal. The previous 4 people I spoke to told me that I was allset since I already started to pay for the package. Something to be aware if you ever get problems.

Does anyone know what DirecTv Channel may have the game tonite...4/28? I remember that last year, some UPN games were carried on DirecTv on a channel...think it was in the 80's.

I hate when they are on UPN and I miss a game

Try out channel 583 for tonights game.

I Tivo'ed that channel last friday night before the Baltimore game and they were just about to show it before it got blacked out and replaced by Comcast Sportsnet Mid Atlantic, who ended up showing the game. But since there is no competitor network for tonight, I would try 583.

Almost all Friday games that aren't on YES don't get shown on DirectTV. That's why I keep MLB.TV around, just for Friday games plus when it's bad weather out it will knock out the satellite, so I can see on the computer at least.

If anyone has family that live in the NYC area, but live out of town now.....

Slingbox. Solves all your problems, as long as you don't mind watching it on a computer (or wiring the computer to the tv).

It was this way last year as well, but some started showing up on an untitled channel. I'll try 583 as kinckfan23 said. If it does not work, Oh well.
