I Did Get To Meet Brian Cashman Today

I went to the Stepehen Smith show for the Cashman interview this afternoon.
Very soft spoken, I had to strain to hear him.

Nothing earth shattering in the interview, (Damon's arrival, Giambi's comeback,
the pitching (he'd take Clemens back) the relationship with Tampa and why he decided to return.

Since he had some time to kill before his next appointment, Cashman stopped to shake everyone's hand which was really nice.

They're changing they're schedule where they will be taping at 6:30 because a couple of folks from the forum couldn't get out of work for a 4PM taping where they want you there at 2:30. Now I won't have to charge time if anyone good is on the show and maybe someone can come along.

I'm not sure when the show will be on but I will let everyone know.

I met him during Spring Training last year. He's a nice guy and I was very happy that I had an opportunity to meet him. I'm glad you had a good experience when you met him!

i meet brian in boston on the day of gm 4 of the 2004 alcs vs boston....i saw him like a block from the hotel they were staying at and told him i was going to the game that night which i was, and he told me to make sure i stayed warm because it was rediculously cold/windy that day and i wished him luck and whatnot and got his autograph....
