I am not a brussels sprouts fan. I'm not sure why not - I eat cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower, but not brussels sprouts.
Anyway, we're having leftover London broil made into cheesesteaks (before all of you in the Weight Loss thread get on me, I'm using fat free cheese and more grilled peppers and onions than meat on whole wheat rolls).
