My parents are having pork chops and gravy with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.

I'm having the taters and veggies.

I'm going out to a bar that has really excellent salads. I know that sounds weird, you are supposed to get buffalo wings and potato skins at bars but this place really does have great salads.

Various Leftovers...my oldest is at his Indoor Track League Championships (which I'm about to head out to watch), my Hubby is not coming home again tonight, haven't seen him in days...I can't wait till they get all the power issues fixed and he can come home....it's been a long week. Just don't feel like cooking when it's just me and the two younger ones...they are happy with whatever favorite they can find to reheat in the fridge.

Not cooking tonight. Hubby is working late and the kids made mac & cheese a little while ago so they're not hungry. I think I may make a tortilla pizza.

You'd asked me, so I'm guessing that's who you were referring to.

Well, I ended up making pizza wraps. A tortilla with some sauce and ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Then into the toaster oven to melt the cheese and fold like a wrap.

Started with some applesauce...and then I'm just having white rice and some frozen eggrolls I found in the back of the freezer. Gotta love college life.
