I made a stock pot full of 'splitpea & ham' soup on Sunday.

Finishing off the last of it tonight...YUM!! Throw some Carlini Garlic & Butter Croutons & shredded 'sharp Cheddar cheese' on top....2x YUM!!

Last night was boneless buffalo chicken stips (Homemade, not from a box) with homemade blue cheese dressing, and celery...and a bottle of wine!

Making some lasagna tonite...maybe some pot roast on Sunday.

Thursday nite I made some lime chicken wraps with feta cheese, lettuce and a tasty vinagrette.

    I do love to cook!

We just got a 24-pound bird in the oven that will be due about 7:30. A mini Thanksgiving type spread of other stuff will go along with it.

And I'm very much liking the fact that due to her relation to me, she becomes "Mrs. Snatch."

Ha- I was probably no more than a couple of miles away from you! The night was ridiculous. We got WRECKED at my friend's penthouse apartment, and then staggered out to the bar, where amongst everything else hilarious that happened, I ended up grabbing the soda gun and getting into a water fight with the bartenders.

The 12 of us went through 20+ bottles of wine before we left for the bar...

My much better half will be home during the week for the next few weeks, so I'll be eating a heckuva a lot better than I normally do. Tonight she tells me we're having chicken cacciatore (I'm clueless on the spelling. I just know how to eat it ). I'm sooooo happy.

I'm not in school anymore. I graduated in December, and I didn't live in traditional dorms. We had apartments, so I cooked for myself since we had a full kitchen.

I'm at home and my mom had the day off, so that's what she cooked for dinner. Normally, we all just cook for ourselves during the week.

I totally forgot (again) that you graduated. Boy, I'm getting senile at an earlier age.

I was a semi-vegetarian for today, less the deli meat I'd inserted between two slices of bread. Some nice green leaf lettuce, shiitake (spl?) mushrooms, plum tomatoes. Sometimes I should just go veggie for a whole day.

I got lured in like a fish to this pizza place... hook line and sinker. I feel like a real chump that fell for a Bonnet at an Illusion show.
