    Howdy

    Hello All,

    Found the site today, thanks to sonsofsamhorn.com, they were crying about you guys eavesdropping on their holier than thou board.
    I was born in the BX and up until recently was a lifelong NY resident until I relocated to Austin, TX. I'm dying without YES or the Stadium, but I am certainly enjoying watching the Sox bite the bullet as per the norm.

    Being you're in Texas, do you use Jalapenos and their dried smoked form, chipotles, in any Mexican style cooking you may do? You know... dating back to the time of the Aztecs, these peppers have been used extensively.
    In fact... Jalapenos take their name from the city of Jalapa which is in the Mexican area of Veracruz where they are believed to have originated!Imagine that! Right there in that country that's just down below you!
