Season Finale - The Jury Has Reached a Verdict

    Closing arguments...

What a lie, Steph allowed everyone to influence her vote.

Danni: she's showing that she played.

Steph may have blown it with her last arguement. But Danni isn't winning me over with her remarks, either (btw, interview was never Danni's strong point. She blew her final question at Miss Teen USA and that's why she ended up as second runner up).

Danni admits to skating. Mistake. Her speech HAD to be to fess up to the manipulations she DID do.

The only way it doesn't kill her is if the Steph bitterness is bigger than we see.

Danni really didn't stress that she played an active role in getting where she is. Playing the "oh, I'm so surprised I am where I am" normally doesn't win one any favors.

    Rafe you petty little $#%!!@!

Rafe and Judd's votes were a given. I can only hope Danni wins it.

Hope Jiffy's entrance is better than last season's.

This is tough to tell. I though Danni had in the bag with her immunity wins, but I give the slight edge to Steph in the jury talks. Who knows...

Voting in the U.S. Who will win Survivor: Guatemala...

    Vote 1: Danni
    Vote 2: Steph
    Vote 3: Danni
    Vote 4: Danni
    Vote 5: Danni

    DANNI WINS!

    Crowd goin' crazy!

As I perfectly predicted, Danni wins 6-1, tied for the biggest blowout ever in a Survivor finale

I think the turning point for Danni was when she bought the immunity advantage in the auction.

Season Finale and Survivor: Guatemala In Review

Stephenie made the most of her second chance in Survivor: Guatemala being the runner-up and Bobby Jon also went deep, but it's time for the other survivors to have their glory. Inviting Steph and Bobby Jon back was a wicked twist. We got a chance to see a nasty side along with the sweet side, Steph had this season.

Sorry Rafe, you tried to pull an Ian in this Survivor, but it didn't work. You made a late charge by winning immunities, but your comment in the end cost you.

And Lydia, how did you made it this far? Her positive attitude made it this far.

This season was a very good one in the Survivor series with a lot of contenders to win the whole thing from the beginning.

The tasks were pretty good this season.

The final vote was clearly decided by Danni.

Soundbyte of the season: "I hope that you get bitten by a crocodile. Scumbags!" - Judd. Judd is the ultimate heel for this season.

I wonder what the next location will be for the next Survivor.

Most entertaining fight this season: Bobby Jon vs. Jamie.

Danni figuring out Gary played in the NFL was another favorite moment of mine this season.

Still in the middle of the reunion show.

My first thoughts were Rafe tried to play to the jury (or pull an Ian as BB said) by giving back his promise. That was a terrible move.

Danni was a deserving winner and if anyone read her bio would know that once she cleaned up she was going to l k smoking hot. Steph kind of stumbled on some answers and just simply made too many enemies in the jury, but a great competitor.

I really think they should put them in a colder climate, like Alaska or something, it would change the game a bit. I know they want to keep the ladies in bikinis though so it will never happen.

    From http://www.survivorfever.net/index12.html:

Filming has begun in the Pearl Islands of Panama for a new "Survivor." Once again the 354-room Hotel Contadora Resort on Contadora Island is serving as the command center for the upcoming $275 million production of this mega-hit television show. CBS "Survivor 12" airs Feb. 5 right after the Super Bowl.

Congrats to Danni. I thought my girl Stephenie had pulled it out. She should have voted for Danni instead of Lydia. Ultimately, that is what cost her. Lydia would have never made it through the elimination challenge. Steph would have only had to beat Raef. Who knows?

I think Steph got hosed, but hey, that is just me.
