Wow, four weeks left and there are still a whole lot of teams with legit shots and some with outside shots of making the post season. This is going to be a bit shorter than I imagined, but without further ado I give you, The Eliminated List!

The Plant rules the list at a mighty 2-17, quite an accomplishment for a noob. Hey, Empire, Naughties, and Ice, haven't I seen you around here before? Nothing I like more than perennial sucking! That's it. You 4 guys and gals are the opitome of suckitude. The funny thing is that it's possible (although very unlikely) that no one could join you next week. Imagine that, three weeks left with only 4 teams cooked. We'll see!

Yes, this league has no restrictions on adding or dropping minor league players, except for the rules that:

1) The minor leaguer must be in the minor leagues
2) The minor leaguer must still have rookie eligibility -- that is, not pitched 50 innings, or had 130 ABs.
3) Players drafted in this year's entry draft are ineligible to be signed until 2006's minor league draft or free-agent period.

The Marauders regret having to cut ties with Eric Gagne as Brady Clark needed the roster spot to fill out our DL. In the hopes that Gagne doesn't miraculously recover to pitch a CG shutout against the Marauders we have sent him free tickets for the remaining 2005 games so there are no hard feelings.

I am your biggest fan this week Patrick. Looking at the schedule this should be the 2nd biggest week left for us this year - other than my head to head match up next week with the Lookalikes. BAck to this week - I have the Plant (who should have already rolled over and played dead by now) and Nat has to feel the power of the Truth. I was "supposed" to get a one game buffer this week but Flanders isn't following the script very well. My verbal trashing of Eric will probably come back to bite me in the ass - it's all about karma.

Isn't having to manage that team week in and week out penalty enough? Maybe his team is abandoned and we need a new GM.

I think he had a legal roster when the week started and I am not sure about a penalty - I think we have more of an "unwritten gentlemen's agreement" about this issue. But since Flanders cannot read and is certainly not a gentleman I am not making any excuses for him.
