    Really? Just about every woman I know who colored her hair before her pregnancy stopped coloring it while pregnant. (Or, if possible, started transitioning away beforehand.) The dye, when put on the scalp, goes into the bloodstream and there are supposed to be a few questionable ingredients in it. (Highlights are something different.)

    The bleach for highlights shouldn't be put on all the way down to the roots. (There I can speak from experience.)
