DH in World Series

Anybody know the history of use of the DH in the series? I know for a while they used it in every game, and obviously, at some point it changed to just being used in AL parks. Anybody know when this occurred, an if there were any other iterations of the rule on usage?

I remember it being used in the 76' Yankees/Reds World Series. I'm gonna go check something.

Driessen went 5-14 (.357) with 2 doubles and a home run for the Reds. The Yankee DH guys went 2-16 (.125) 1976.

1976-1985 DH used in all games even years, no DH in odd years
1985-present DH used in AL ballparks
