    Sean Henn...

This is a make or break year for Henn.I feel his best role would be as a relief pitcher.I have seen Sean and he's tall but slight of build and seems to lose gas as the game goes on leaving me to fill he should pitch in relief this year.I understand building up his arm strength last year but IMO he could be a poor mans BJ Ryan.Henn can still get it up in the mid 90's .Guys that can throw that hard from the left are worth the wait sometimes.JMO Whats yours??

The only thing that I know of him was that his control was off a little bit since the Yanks organization wanted him to throw a sinker instead of a curveball (less stress on his elbow after injury) and he struggled with the control of the sinker all year....this year he'd better shape up or he might be gone...

I remember reading somewhere his velocity was more towards the low-90's range since his TJ Surgery, but in shorter outings he was up towards the mid-90's with better movement. So yes, he's probably better suited for relief. IIRC, the Yankees gave him record bonus, but I might be thinking of someone else
