Within the next day or so, I will be separating the Bronx-Bombers.com domain from the Yankeesboard.com domain. Therefore it is possible that the forum and/or parts of the entire site, might be inaccessible at times. If by chance you happen to hit the site at one of those times, to tempoarily remedy this, just insert "yankeesboard.com" into the URL instead of "bronx-bombers.com", and you will be able to see everything as it is now.
I am doing this for several reasons, mainly due to speed and stability issues of the server that this site is running on. For example, the current server had 99.5% uptime in March, and the new one had 99.8% uptime. It doesn't seem like a lot, but it really is. Also the new one is newer and is equipped with better hardware, so it will be tons faster. That will definitly be noticeable.
Eventually (like by the end of the week), yankeesboard.com & yankeeschat.com will be totally phased out. They will still exist, but there won't be anything there except a link to Bronx-Bombers.com. So please update your bookmarks.
This is just another sign of our continued growth, and I thank all of you for hanging in there with me while we have turned into a very important site in the Yankees Online Community.

. I'm none too happy about that. But at least Bronx-bombers.com is on its own domain now, and not piggy-backing yankeesboard.com.
