Well, you can do searches on google or altavista image search.
Unforunately, unless you find an image that is exactly the specified size, you're going to have to edit the size yourself using a graphics program. Or have someone else do it for you. If you have a good program, like paint shop pro or photoshop (I would reccommend PSP for beginners) it's pretty easy to resize and edit images.
But barring all that, if you find an image you want as an av and it's too big, I'll resize it for you.
