Yes there is a House Party 4 but it came out in 2001
I was going to post a link to show that there is a House Party 4 but the link is not working. You can see that there is a title for that movie when you go onto Yahoo, then go to movies, then on top it shows Search Yahoo Movies, you can type in House Party 4 and it will show a movie with that title.
