    Is it a rule all of a sudden that if anyone hits the great Piazza that it is automatically intentional? Come on grow up.

    I think he got hit yesterday in a game against the Marlins by Brad Penny? I tuned in and Appier was throwing at one of their guys in retaliation. I don't know if it went beyond that or if things calmed down as I tuned out quickly.

    BV was standing on the top step of the dugout looking at the pitcher like he had raped and pillaged a small village...it was ridiculous.

    Maybe when Piazza stops hanging half his body out of the batter's box and infringing on the plate he won't get hit so much!

    MFY beat me to it.....why is it no one realizes that part of the blame lies with piazza hugging the freaking plate so much???

    Anyway, at least he didn't call a press conference this time
