the darn annoying 1/2 game difference isnt going away. the red sox dont play on the 3rd of june and the yankees do, so in 3 days the 1/2 game will come back.
Has anyone noticed that whenever the red sox play and the yankees have the day off that the sox usually lose? i remember many times this year this has happened.

I went to a game, I think in 1999, where Ricky Ledee hit one against the Mariners. It hit the top of the center field wall, Griffey jumped to get it and missed, then it bounced off the wall and rolled toward the infield, giving Ledee enough time to motor around the bases.Originally posted by -tz
