Hudson Cliffs Team X victory!

Congratulations to the Hudson Cliffs Little League Team X (we have yet to choose a name) over their first opponant of the season, Team W. In 6 innings of play they battled to a 5-1 victory. Kudos to all 7 pitchers used and the sluggers who came through in the clutch. In this weeks practice we work on pitching mechanics, and hitting. This could be the beginning of a dynasty from what I've seen of this team! Weekly results will be posted here.

p.s. It's funny to watch these kids. They're so hard on themselves when they pitch. Needless to say there were a lot of walks. Nevertheless, one good pitch and all is forgotten and forgiven.

I love it! Team X vs. Team W... Creativity's a 'flowin, isn't it?

That is great Seahorse. I was thinking about volunteering for my town's Little League to Ump or Coach or something, but I don't think I'd have the time to dedicate myself to it. Plus, I figured I'd have that opportunity someday with my own kids.

Well, wish "Team X" luck for me, and I look forward to hearing about their progress!
