A question (I don't know the answer):
If you steal home, you obviously get credit for a Run Scored. But do you also get an RBI?
You didn't "bat in" the run, but only because of your actions did the run score. My gut tells me that you don't get an RBI, but if that is the case it is not fair.
Ty Cobb stole home FIFTY FOUR times in his career, the record. In second is Max Carey with 33, then George Burns with 28 and Honus Wagner with 27. The only latter-day player with much success was Rod Carew with 17.
The record for a season is also Cobb, with 8.
