Big hat, no cattle.
That sounds like something Spike Lee would say.

Has anybody noticed we have a color option called "lemon chiffon?"
I hate Spike Lee and wish he would stop being a representative symbol of my basketball team (especially after the way he conveniently started appearing at Nets games 2 years ago, the traitor). That and I think he's racist.
(BTW, if we were to reverse the colors and a white guy had called a black player the most overrated it would be front page news everywhere)

Both Lee and Limbaugh should offer less opinions about sports.
Too bad ya'll don't have Jimmy Buffett as your spokesperson like the heat!![]()

What a jackass. I once liked Spike Lee, but, like Michael Moore, he's b/c a parody of himself. Everything is race. Spike, try to understand: Bird's work ethic wasn't greater than just the black players, it was greater than virtually all of the players, black or white.
Maybe he and Ben Affleck can just talk to one another so that we never have to hear either of them again.
He's the basketball Jesus, nuff said.
yeah i think spike lee is an overrated filmmaker...bird is a basketball god
Isaiah must be getting to him.
The chick who came in and taught my 6th and 7th grade classes conflict management was Bird's cousin... always thought that was pretty nifty.

Isiah? Haven't you ever seen Spike's movies? He's talented, but he has a distinct point of view.Originally posted by DaBoys4LifeNYY35

Heh, no I haven't. None of them have ever drawn my attention enough for me to want to watch them. From what I've heard, he's into overdramatizing along the lines of Oliver Stone (Originally posted by Rich

I don't see his bias as conspiratorial, unless you're referring to the movie about Malcom X. It's just that he sees the world in overly racial term, IMO. Perhaps my opinion, as a white male, is skewed as well, but that's how I see it.Originally posted by DaBoys4LifeNYY35

If you're ever bored, there are worse ways to spend time than to watch one of his movies.

Do the Right Thing and Malcolm X are both worth watching, IMO.
