Oh Yeah baby, baseball is BACK!!!

Playing before a packed house in the 55,000-seat Tokyo Dome, the Chicago Cubs [beat] the New York Mets 5-3. That's right -- the game began at 7:08 p.m. Tokyo time, or 5:08 a.m. in New York.

Ha ha ha ha ha! Love it! Anybody have any idea why Bobby V was playing the game under protest? The Mets announcers didn't have a clue what could have been the problem.

    Thank you. Thank you.

I'm very proud of my adopted NL team. Our next mission will be to slap another "L" on that other team from Shea.

    Bonsai!!!! (whatever that means)

BTHL, one of my adopted sons is not at all happy about this, and being the horrible mother I am, and the fact that he's not really my son, actually too old to be my son, I DID laugh my ass off.

i enjoy living in my house. so for the sake of my mother and the fact i like having a roof over my head, i showed sympathy. did i mean it? no. but they are my nl team to report on so i have to keep a heads up on these things.
