I was wondering if he was in his second year at Jr college.If so he can't of course be a D&F guy.Does anyone Know if so please post.I read where they feel he will develope good arm strength with size.Hes 6-8 but only 170 or 180 .He's one to keep an eye on.

He`s from the Community College of South Nevada, from Durango, previously drafted by the Chicago Cubs.
He just finished his first year, so he is D&F eligible.
FYI- The Yanks only drafted one juco guy who has completed his eligibility, that I could find anyway- Danile McCutchen, the 47th round RHP from Greyson CC (TX). So far as I have been able to determine, the other 12 juco guys have only completed one year, and are all D&F eligible.
