Useless information: Pat Kelly is back in baseball. He was named Triple A Richmond's new manager. Richmond is Atlanta's farm team.

Are you sure that this is the same Pat Kelly that played in NY? I'm just wondering, because I never heard of him managing at any level before and he was only in the majors up until a few years ago!

I don't think it's the same guy. I can't imagine the guy that was with the Yankees as a manager! He could barely handle himself as a player. I seem to remember him being overly sensitive and insecure. Yes, I'm pretty sure there is another Pat Kelly in baseball not just the one who played with the Yankees.

It's not the Pat Kelly that we know...
This guy was a special assignment scout with Toronto,,,, He's had managerial experience since the mid 80's.....in the minors (A/AA)

Our Pat Kelly married an Australian woman. I think he went to live there and was working with Aussie baseball. (Don't quote me )
