If that`s the case they should set an attendance record.Originally posted by blueshirtz

Hopefully. I also hope we get that AA talent up to the AAA level. Here's to a good 2003!![]()

Actually, they were already very successful. They have set records since they're inception and are regarded as one of the most successful Minor League teams of the last decade. I go to numerous games . Now I don't have to feel guilty about wearing a Yankee hat in Trenton and rooting for Sox minor leaguers.Originally posted by Michaels07

Not only are the Yankees changing AA teams, they are also changing lower-level A clubs. The Greensboro Bats signed with the Florida Marlins and the only remaining South Atlantic League opening, the Savannah Sand Gnats, reportedly agreed to terms with Montreal, although that has not been officially announced yet. That leaves a couple of Midwest League teams, the Clinton (Iowa) team and the Michigan Battle Cats in Battle Creek.
All affiliations must be finalized by Thursday.

I was surprised to hear about that when it was talked about. I went to a game at Norwich during the summer and I thought it was a really nice stadium. Oh well. At least I could say I was there![]()

The Trenton and central jersey area has so many Yankee fans that I was wondering if that stadium can handle all the demands for tickets. It will be very difficult getting tickets and scalpers are going to have a field day! Who knows maybe they can enlarge that park?![]()
