I know that this sounds silly, but are you making sure to check the "Show Signature" option on the post screen? It isn't enabled by default.

I think I was used to the signature being automatic at one time. I guess with all the changes made its not anymore. So I just have to remember whenever I want to use it to check it at the same time I post!
