This note came from the eastern League New Haven Ravens website as part of larger article:
"Another former major leaguer, Steve Balboni, will be the Ravens' hitting coach. Balboni, 44, managed the Montreal Expos' Single-A affiliate Vermont last season. He played parts of 11 seasons in the big leagues and smacked 181 home runs in 960 games with the New York Yankees, Kansas City Royals, Seattle Mariners and Texas Rangers. He hit a career-high 36 homeruns with the Royals in 1985 and helped Kansas City to a World Championship, batting .320 in the World Series."
I wondered what happen to him.
