Help with the chatroom

I can only get into the chatroom sometimes because the JAVA thing doesn't always download. Anyone know why this happens or how I can fix it?

PP, if you check the box that says "Always trust downloads from JPilot..." (or words to that effect), it should download for you automatically every time, without getting that pop-up box. If at that point it doesn't load, just reload the page, or restart your browser and try again.

hey Jim how come when I log into the chat room using MIRC nobody is there, but yet when I login with a browser there are several people there.

That worked, but then the next day when I tried to get in it still didn't pop up. Any ideas? I'm computer illiterate, so I really appreciate this!
