Yankees GMs

I dont know the answer, and this is why I am asking:

Name the Yankees GMs of the last 25 years.


I know of websites to get info on players and post season stats, but I cant find anything to tell me the names of past GMs.

I suggest you borrow, find, or purloin a copy of the large New York Yankee encyclopedia.

Lou Piniella - Late 80's - in between managerial stints.
Gene Michael - also MGR
Al Rosen
Gabe Paul...That puts us in the '72 range.

I'm not sure if Clyde King was ever made GM, I know he was Mgr once or twice.
