So, everyone has a reputation level but there is no way to give it out? How does this rep situation work? Did I miss an explanation somewhere?
It doesn't make sense unless we can see other people's scales rather than just our own. If you hold your cursor over the scale, it says "Add to [Your name]'s reputation." But we can't add to our own reputations, and we can't vote on anyone else's.
