I've had this whole week off from school because of Labor Day/Rosh Hashana, and I've gone out to eat for dinner every day this week sooo that hasn't helped my diet much. And today is my bday so once Monday rolls around I'm gonna start seriously watching what I eat.![]()
I'm taking an aerobics class this semester, and my instructor said we'll be doing a wide array of things like kickboxing and Zumba, so I'm excited![]()
Right now I'm around ~133 and pretty satisfied, but I'm going to see if I can get down to ~125 by the end of the semester.
