Okay Tub-O-Lards, you have until the end of Monday to eat what you want, then for those who want to get the flab off it's time to get serious. Post your time and weight goals here and we'll talk about the best ways to get there. I'm looking at about 15 pounds between now and the end of January. Same old routine, more exercise and calorie-counting, 4 small meals plus dinner so I'm not hungry all the time.

But I'm gonna enjoy myself this weekend. I've been in a pattern since August of being strict all week to get back down to the weight I was before the weekend, then spiking up the ol' water weight over the course of a day or 2, and repeat...but I love to talk nutrition and exercise, so I'll be happy to contribute. Good luck, but do a shot for me today!
