    Re: Weight-Loss Club, Fall 2010

Well, here's the deal. I've basically got two pairs of pants left that fit. I've been this size for quite a while. One pair of pants I have are just too tight still (still same clothing size as the ones that fit). One pair has a small hole in the back and wouldn't be work appropriate since i'm not Chris Farley. But this morning I found another pair, same size, in the closet - and hoped beyond hope that they'd fit. No dice. Going to have to lose probably another 10-15 lbs before pants the same size as i'm wearing now fit me. Damnit.

Good news is that I did my walk again last night, with a little less of a break between laps. A good sound track really helped, hard rock is my list of choice and Iron Maiden got selected yesterday.

My heart rate did stay elevated for a little longer than I would have liked, so maybe i'll slow it down or take a longer break next time. I've read that if your heart rate stays elevated for more than 3 minutes after a workout that you're probably overdoing it - and i'm not ready to start overdoing it just yet.

Better news is that when i got up this morning I was still able to walk around and amble about. Some soreness when trying to walk fast, but the most of the kinks I had from the first few nights of walking are going away.
