no way, not with the positive test for PEDs. Being suspected of using PEDs is one thing but actually testing positive and getting suspended is a whole other thing. Its concrete hard evidence.

Manny is gonna keep playing as long as he can, this move to Chicago was strategic. LA was probably not gonna re-sign him since he spends a lot of time on the DL.

So a move to the AL where he can play DH with the occassional LF means he can play 2 more years. He's probably using this as an audition for a 2 year deal with the White Sox

Why would anyone want weeds? A farm would generally look to eradicate, not cultivate, them.
