Agreed. For old-timers like me, it's a downward spiral from how things used to be back in the day.
Remember the guy last week who was going on and on (in a non-factious manner) about how Cano and CC don't contribute...that's becoming the norm.
I heard this today...Did Coltrane actually exist? This is like being blind for 50 years, regaining sight, and then peering directly at the sun.
This place is a shell of what it used to be.
We used to have a whole forum called The Bridge Jumper's Forum. That sort of thing has been around forever.
New software updates coming in the near future will probably allow for people to more easily ignore posts like that.

The Greek's single-minded pursuit of game thread privileges continues unabated. I find it kind of inspiring. His dedication to a single goal is not unlike the journey of those who search for the holy grail. I follow this human interest story with fascination and look forward to the day when he can gleefully post in the GT.

Discussion of The Greek's situation notwithstanding, I'd like to mention that Sam's picture (screenshot of the Player Performance Threads page) is the perfect visual aid to John's thread. I think a forumer on here actually has it linked as their sig.
I agree though. Maybe four years ago there were only a handful of people that consistently saw the glass half-empty in regards to our team (and about 50% of the time with good reason). Now the PPT and ITL is almost impossible to have a discussion in. They're all argument threads. I'm confused as to whether it's comical or absurd.
