Video of Bull leaping into stands in Spain

This is pretty crazy but I have no sympathy for any of the people who were injured watching this barbaric event.

I'd make an exception for young children, but I agree.

Agreed but what kind of parents would want to subject kids to that.

    It's part of their culture.
    Who are you to judge?

And you clearly didn't even read the article....

This was not a typical bullfight. In these types of corridas they do not kill the bull, nor do they harm it. The show consists of getting as close as possible to the bull, without getting hurt, somewhat similar to what is called “ courses Landaises, ou Camarguaises” in France. This is called recortadores in Spain. The animals are not harmed in any way.

Please even though they don't kill the bull it's definitely animal cruelty with them provoking and teasing these animals. As for not harming the animal well they did kill the bull afterwards. It's a barbaric sport unless of course you condone that sort of treatment to animals which apparently you do

I'm not sure if I would be more scared of a bull or Ron Artest coming into the stands.

I do not condone bullfighting. Most Spaniards do not condone bullfighting, but it been a part of their culture for over a 1000 years. If they decide to abolish it, then so be it.

There is a level of cruelty in Horse & Dog Racing, but we condone that, don't we? It's part of the American culture.

Are you a vegetarian? You're okay with killing & consuming animals as long as it's done outside of a stadium.

Haha, I would be too. I'm saying if you were in stands and they came charging at you.

The bulls don't get hurt...unless they act like a freightened bull and jump into the stands. Then the bull gets killed.

I saw this video before I saw this thread and knew what it was about. I admit that I laughed simply because I didnt see that coming at all. That one guy got ****ed up though.

They should have made the fences higher.

Tafalla Stadium is famous for its "short porch."

I also like how, early in the video, an ad pops up for "Mechanical bull rentals."

I don't know much about bullfighting but shouldn't the crowd be advised to wear clothing that isn't red. It looked like the bull went after the man in the red shirt.

Bulls are colorblind so it wouldn't really matter.
