this is fascinating watching Annie's initial reaction to the FIRST nominations! too funny! I didn't know she loves Brendon AND Rachel.

Joel: I've seen long lockdowns and thought the same, only to see nothing but question booths. If the Brigade is the main alliance, having an endurance comp would be playing to their strengths. I think they'll do an "equal opportunity" type of comp.

A BB TV insider in the media gondola: I rather wish Brendon hadn't won POV, because he's getting on my nerves. You'd think he was the only person on the planet who'd ever gotten an advanced degree. Good grief, there are four people in that house with advanced degrees.

A BB radio insider in the media gondola: But what I found really irritating was his remark that he hated being around "ignorant people" and that he wasn't accustomed to it. Look, I've been to graduate school, and not everyone there is the sharpest tool in the shed either. For that matter, there are also plenty of bright people without degrees from whom I've learned a lot. And really, he said that while snuggling with Rachel, who despite her interest in chemistry, has exhibited some stupidity of her own. Isn't she the one who referred to Andrew wearing a "yom kippur"?

Perhaps it's in reference to something that's been going on in the house that we haven't seen a lot of on screen?

Episode 3 - BB55's Takes

I also was confused by Andrew leaping up and saying that everyone should know he couldn't be the saboteur, because no one in the house knew anything about Judaism, thus eliminating them all as possible life long friends of his. It seemed like a doubly stupid comment. First, if you did go into a house with a lifelong friend, it seems to me that you'd do everything you could to avoid making it obvious that you had a connection, including knowing a lot about things that were important to each other. Second, does he really know enough about everyone in the house to know they know nothing about Judaism? I think if I were a houseguest, I'd try to avoid subjects that might be obviously tricky to discuss with a group of people I didn't know very well but with whom I hoped to be living for a while--and that would include topics like religion, politics etc. Why risk upsetting people, especially early in the game?

the saboteur didn't say that HE/SHE was lifelong friends with someone in the house, they said two people. So claiming no one knows enough about Judaism to be his lifelong friend doesn't prove anything about him not being the saboteur...

I like Brendon and Rachel. I think it's sweet that they found such a connection already.

That's seems to be just Hayden. So annoying. I'm starting not to like him, I don't like his reasoning for his nomination. I feel like it was pure jealousy. I like how Brendan pretty much threatened him more than once.

I also liked Lane saying that he doesn't appreciate getting dairy in the face and that on the farm, he never saw mayo coming out of a pony and that was just wrong. Actually, I'd be a little concerned if I saw mayo coming out of anything on the farm, other than the refrigerator.

Enjoyed Enzo remarking that he had to go "street" on the pinata too.

I also don't believe this. Brittney and Kathy had a fight, which could have easily been staged to attempt to throw us off. And with the stunt Brittney pulled on tonights ep, I can see how she'd be the sab. But I don't see why she'd snitch on herself.

But one thing I'd like to know is, how does the saboteur know? Does this mean that the saboteur is being given inside info about the house? If not, that means the sab. is one of the lifelong friends, which wouldn't make much sense to let everyone know.... I got a feeling the saboteur is not one of them, but some kinda funky twist that I can't quit put my finger on. I'll bet its something weird like a HG living in the backroom that they've never met before. I dunno, I can't wait to see who/what it is, though. This is the first time in a while BB has had me extremely eager to see how a twist works out. If it's something stupid like the guinea pigs being related, I'm gonna be pissed!

But instead the idiot plays on the "I thought we were friends" card.

Okay, the ONLY clever thing Annie has done (and it was probably the producer's idea) was simply to LIE and say nobody on the block is the Saboteur. Like they're supposed to automatically ASSUME the Saboteur won't lie in those messages! Why WOULDN'T the Saboteur lie, you idiots?

As the sab, Annie should have been a lot more low key. She was just like Brian was came out playing way too hard. Made too many deals with way too many people and put her hand in too many pies. I'm surprised the producers didn't bring her in and tell her she needed to dial it down. They should have coached her a little more.

Sorry I did misunderstand you. I don't really dislike him either. I just don't know how he is going to play out yet. He really is going to have to hope he can get past that. But I think since Rachel won HOH he is safe for another week to try to work on it. She has other targets to go after.

Saboteur twist = FAIL Alison Grodner.

Ack! Not only does the nauseating showmance get its own private bedroom, but neither of them will be going home this week, as there's no way Rachel is going to put Brendon up as a nominee or a substitute nominee. At least she won't at this point--I wouldn't put it past her to do it if she thought it was to her advantage, not with the attitude she was showing tonight.

I bet Annie is now thinking, "See? Shoulda listened to me."

This was a really disappointing episode. The saboteur twist is already over, unless they have some kind of back up plan for it. The person I least wanted as HOH got it: Rachel. The two most irritating members of the cast (to me, anyway) are now guaranteed another week in the house. Bleah.

About the only positive thing I can say is good for Ragan for figuring out Annie was the saboteur. By the way, does anyone else think Ragan may have deliberately thrown HOH this week? I have a hard time believing he would have thought the majority of the house believed he had more facebook friends than Britney.

I think the life long friends thing was a lie, just like it was a lie when she said that she wasn't on the block. I could be wrong but that's just my opinion.

And yes, after Thursday's show they said something like "See the HGs reaction when they find out Annie was the saboteur on Sunday".

After Annie was evicted, interviews were granted by E-mail only and it was reported that she was going to sequester. This often means that one of the evicted houseguests will be returning to the house. We shall see but that would be funny!

Great. Put up two out of only like 3 or 4 people that don't completely annoy me. Everybody else just makes me grind my teeth in annoyance and frustration. And why target two people who might not be a big threat in challenges? Seriously, Rachel and Matt, for being supposedly very smart, they're coming across as two idiotic tools.

So, Brendon suggests every member of "the brigade," and Hayden still somehow convinces Rachel the best way to go is Britney and Monet? Guess the two scientists aren't quite as bright as they think they are.

Honestly, given the number of fairly physical challenges in BB, it would make sense to try to knock out at least one of the stronger guys early on. Since Rachel and Brendon seem to think Hayden is now on their side, it would have made sense for them to put Lane and Enzo up--or at least to put one of them up with Britney or Monet. Unless they're planning to backdoor one or the other of them...

I wish Annie comes back. Annie, Enzo and the mean girls of Britney and Monet could be a great stable.
