    Auction of OYS Railing Plates

Thought this might be of interest to those of you who sat in these sections in the old Yankee Stadium.

sorry to bump up an old topic but i just wanted to say that big thanks to njyankeesfan for giving me the heads up about these auctions. as much as it kills me to give money to steiner, i won the one thing that i really wanted and it only cost me $55 including shipping and tax.

its from my old section and considering i cant afford my seats, this is honestly the next best thing and i will cherish it forever.

You're welcome, dadrumma--it really is a pretty cool souvenir of the old Stadium. BTW, I remember sitting in Tier 5 quite often one year--don't recall if it was a partial plan or just putting my own tickets together and winding up in U5.

I would love to get my plate for Tier Reserved Section 7, but I don't see it listed. I wonder if it's still available.

Re: Auction of OYS Railing Plates

This was talked about on the Stiener Sucks thread. I ended up buying two of them from my old sections. They were $100 each and I had a $50 Stiener coupon, so I think they cost $55 each after shipping, but I had to call twice and say I was someone else the second time. This is probably the only piece of 'memorabilia' that I'll ever buy.

@ Yankswun96 - You can either wait for it to show up or call Steiner and ask for it. The will tell you it is $100. I think there are still some decent coupons floating around to knock that down.

When did you win it? I don't see any Tier Reserved plates in the listing.

I was excited until I saw your scan. I was a season ticket holder in Tier 5 Row A. Oh well.

You may pay a little more.... Look for a $50 coupon for Steiner. Call Steiner and ask for it. They will tell you that it's $100 + shipping and use the coupon.

You'll probably pay a little more, but it's worth it if you ask me.

Where's the best place to find a $50 steiner coupon?

Did we get any coupons with our season tickets? I can't remember...

Last year, they came with tickets, were emailed to me, and can be found with a quick google search. I know I received a few with my tickets this year, but I threw them out.

Tier Box MVP, section 616. I'd pay up to about $80- for it but that's about it.

Aisle seats, pretty close and right behind home plate. The more I think about where I am now and where I was, the more pissed off I get at the whole relocation bullsh*t process.

I'm telling you, give them a call. They charge $100 and find a coupon. Make sure you get the 616 plate and not the one that says 614 - 616 with the arrow.

    Good luck.

Haven't had any luck finding a coupon. Any suggestions as to where to look?

I just did a quick search and found - 10OFFONCE for 10% off, 25OFF150 for $25 off $150... They are out there, you just have to look.

Re: Auction of OYS Railing Plates

so I can just pass this along.... use code steinerfam at checkout...

  32. #32

Re: Auction of OYS Railing Plates

How do you use the code? Is this if you only buy directly through Steiner? I bought the plate through Yankees auctions. If not it only cost me $21 bucks so I can't complain
