I met him a couple years ago. He was supposedly sober...but he was babbling incoherently, had this crazy vacant look in his eyes and a giant scab on his forehead, and kept a huge lollipop jammed in his mouth the whole time.
My friends and I all laughed at how messed up he was at the time. It's easy to forget that these screwed-up celebs are real people.
how sad for him, his family, and friends. RIP.

Not a surprise, but a shame nonetheless.

I remember a few of his movies, none of them were great, but he did have one line that's stuck with me forever - from "Dream a Little Dream". If i could find the actual quote i'd post it.. but i can't.

Michael Jackson & Corey Haim in less than a year's time - someone better keep a close eye on Corey Feldman.

I didn't really know much about Haim but saw one episode once with him and the other Corey in that show...very odd. Even though I didn't know Haim, I would have thought he'd outlive Feldman.Originally Posted by Panamaniac42

Supposedly, Feldman has cleaned up his act as opposed to Haim who apparently couldn't. I found this interesting:Originally Posted by Panamaniac42

After starring in several direct-to-video films in the 1990s, the actor made a comeback in 2006 in the reality series "The Two Coreys," again with Corey Feldman.
The successful show lasted two seasons, but Feldman said he refused to do a third season because of Haim's continued drug use.
I was so in love with Corey Haim when I was a little girl. I had pictures of him all over my room. So sad about this but not surprising given how his life went.![]()
