Lee Jung-Su sets an Olympic Record in the first heat of the semis. No biggie though as Ono finishes 2nd to qualify for the finals.

2 Americans in the final here, so I'd love to see 2 medals.

That would be nice. I'm happy for Celski. Did you see all that blood from his fall in September? Ouch!

Could see Team USA get three medals in the next two medal events: 1500m Short Track speed skating and Women's Freestyle Moguls.

I hope that Celski kid gets some kind of medal.....that was a rather gruesome injury he recovered from. To be honest, he's lucky he's still alive.

    Jesus Montero since June 1 (286 at-bats):
    .325/.386/.605/.991
    July 1 (182 at-bats):
    .348/.417/.658/1.075

1st two USA medals...silver for Ohno and bronze for Celski!

Congratulations to them! Happy for Celski...he's adorable and had to come back from a nasty fall and cut (60 stitches!) less than 6 months ago.

With two medals in the 1500m Short Track event, Team USA is all alone in second place all-time in the Winter Olympic medal count with 218, passing the old Soviet Union who had 217.

    Poor Tae Satoya.

The favorite in Ladies Moguls freestyle skiing is Canadian Jennifer Heil. I wonder how much pressure she's under.

American medal hopefuls in this event are Hannah Kearney and Shannon Bahrke.

Oh my. Michelle Roark took a spill, but kept going and made another insane trick.

If Roark could've nailed the landing and stay up on her feet, that could've been a dazzling run.
