I'm hyper-social. People fascinate me... not because they're fascinating but really because they're really quite stupid.

Seeing as I've organized quite a few, I'd say no way am I anti-social. Sometimes I'm forced to be because I don't have enough time to be as social as I'd like, but I'm generally a social person.

    Is anyone surprised?

why, just because we didn't want to go to a forum party with the likes of you?

I went to a few smaller forum parties from another yankee board...had one bad picture experience and will probably never go to another one. But I'm about as far from anti-social as you can get.

    -----------------------------------------

I'm by no means anti-social, but I'm a bit asocial. By that, I mean I'm awkward at meeting people and making new friends, but once someone is within my inner circle, I fit right in for most any social situation.

I don't consider myself anti-social. I'm pretty shy and I like being alone often but I also love to socialize sometimes.

Compared to my sister and most of my friends from high school/college, I'm anti-social but compared to most of the people I work with, I'm socialite!

I'm definitely very social, but I'm also shy when I first meet new people. I usually warm up pretty quickly though, especially if there are adult beverages involved. I'm usually quick to offend people b/c I have a very sarcastic sense of humor most people don't really get at first.

Me either and I'm rarely ever in the mood. When I fly, I always pray that I don't have a chatterbox near me. I really can't be bothered talking with people that I will most likely never see again. I have a tough enough time keeping in touch with the friends that I already have!

I have one friend who will talk to anyone and everyone. If we're meeting at a bar and I show up late, she'll already have 10 friends at the bar. Sometimes I envy that but other times when I'm the one in the bar I sit there thinking "I hope no one starts talking to me" (unless it's the bartender and I can get enough of a rapport going to get free drinks. )

I'm like your friend...I talk to everyone and you meet some very interesting people...and sometimes people just talk to me...they usually ask if they know me - i think i have one of those faces where people think they know me. it's rare that I go to a game and don't know half the section by the time I leave....but I can usually tell if there's someone that doesn't want to engage or on the rare occasion when I'm quiet.

Me too - everyone has known someone who looks like me. I'd say we probably look alike but that would certainly cut down on your fan club - maybe we can say we look alike but you're younger and have a better body.

Me too.....I guess that's why I don't mind going to so many games alone. I usually always meet interesting people. It's fun most of the time....well, unless you meet a FDB and have to try and get rid of them.

Like at the WS, Game 6.....most important game of the year and I sit next to a FDB.

    What did he do?

You should have texted me...we had two empty seats next to us. Don't ask me how someone could have tickets to that game and not go!

Once I get somewhere I'm usually very charming (if I may say so myself) but I'd rather just stay home. Being charming is a lot of work.

Damnit. I would have loved to have next to you Nicole. The guy on the other side of me left in the 5th - I'm assuming he went down to the field level or something to watch. If he left, he's a DB.

The FDB on my left side was yelling at anything one of the Yanks did that he didn't like and everytime he stood up - which was a lot.....he did this thing with his hands....hard to describe on here but like when you put your hands out and call "come here" to your dog for example.....ugh, I can't even describe it.

And he was sitting so close to me and constantly standing, his big ass was in my face half the time.

    Merry f'ing Christmas

I can totally believe that you can be charming when you want to be.

Of course I'm anti-social. I'm independent and self-sufficient, I don't need anyone else, why would I choose to be around them?

Ugh...annoying! Wish you had come up too. You would have had a blast with me and my friend and our section was pretty rowdy!
