Figure 6 IP per start, it would take 9 starts to break the limit. 5 days per start and you're talking about 45 days to hit the rookie limit.
130 AB, using the avg of 3.1 AB per game, would be 43 games to hit 130 AB. So it's about the same for hitters @ 130 AB and pitchers @ 50 IP.

Flanders.... I believe those numbers are rookie eligibility requirements in the majors. So IIRC we used them as a basis for minor league eligibility.
