Hey - I'm a long-time season ticket holder (2002). I currently have four tickets in 320A Row 3 directly behind home plate in the Jim Beam Terrace Suites. The tickets will be priced at approximately $125/ticket per game. I currently have another partner who is going to be taking 27 of the 81 games. I keep 27 games for myself.
My proposal for a potential partner is to take the other 27 games of the regular season. The partner will receive all Saturday and Sunday games during the season at face value plus 1-3 other games based on the Yankees schedule. That includes Old Timers Day. The upside of this is that you get all weekend games. Also, tickets in these suites are available on a full season basis only.
In addition, whoever partners with me will get tickets to the 2nd home game of each round of the playoffs and world series at face value should the Yankees make it that far.
Also, if you agree to this proposal before the 2009 ALDS is over, I will sell you 2009 Game 2 World Series tickets at face value shoujld the Yankees make it that far. Price is approximately $171/ticket. In order for that to happen, I need money in hand for the WS game this year and the full cost of next years tickets before the end of the ALDS. I will not split up the four tickets. If you'd like to resell some of them during the course of the 2010 season, you are free to do so.

Thanks and enjoy the playoffs.
