I'm an Orioles fan who's joining because I can't get enough good baseball talk. Deadspin and ESPN aren't exactly the best places for intelligent sports discussion. I'm joining a Yankees forum because

1.) Like HELL I'm joining a Red Sox forum
2.) It's still in the AL East so the topics of discussion should be relevant to my interests and
3.) The Yankee fanbase is so huge that you hope they have fans on the forums who know what they're talking about

So there you are. I hope I can make my tenure on the forum a good one...you bastards.

Welcome aboard ... somewhere floating around there is an Orioles thread though I wouldn't listen to a thing bobby jr says ... as with any place you'll find some very knowledgable fans and then there's ... well the other side of that ... you'll learn to tell them apart fairly quickly and if you don't take things too personally in the beginning you'll be fine.
