I checked my email, they said 4-6 weeks. We're past double that. Maybe it was a scam?
EDIT: I googled it, apparently they flat out canceled most peoples subscriptions. You can check your status here:

Mine says canceled July 16th. I read a lot of people saying they offered them a $15 per year price, then $5.
