Who is your favorite Family Guy character?

We were talking about this at work last week...thought I'd get your opinions. There was a close tie between two here.

This is a tough one. I'm going to have to think about it a bit. I think it's down to Brian and Stewie for me, with Quagmire also in contention.

for me it all came down to one moment. stewie and brian at a diner, having a regular conversation, when stewie looks toward the door and says, "excuse me, brian..." then at the door, a hooker recognizes stewie and darts out...stewie chases after her yelling, "don't you walk away from me! don't you walk away from me!!!!"

oh my, that is epic comedy right there.

Brian and Stewie were definitely neck and neck here - I love them both but have to go with Stewie.

Though I don't watch much Family Guy anymore, Stewie and it's not even close. I have a Stewie keychain as well and people tell me "oh I love Stewie too!"

I never really got into Family Guy, but my favorite character from the episodes I have watched is Adam West.

He is consistently funny without ever being annoying, unlike some of the other characters on the show IMO.

I haven't watched it and really have no desire to watch it. Cleveland isn't that great a character, IMO. Quagmire would've been a better choice for a spinoff, though I'm generally not a fan of them, anyway.

The show is horrendous. It's painful, seriously. Shame FOX canceled King of the Hill (3rd longest running sitcom of all time) for this garbage. It's the worst Family Guy episode times 100.

I voted Quagmire since I'm of that mold too... Still, the scene that gets me the most is the one where Peter breastfeeds Stewie... My brother and I were laughing about that scene for about an hour straight.... (Seriously, when Stewie picks a nipple hair out of his mouth and gags, how can one NOT laugh at that absurdity?!)

Quagmire's hilarious, but he's completely one-dimensional, and the joke would get old really fast if he were the main character every single episode. And once you give a character like that any depth you ruin the appeal. I guess they figured Cleveland was a character they could develop and have fun with, since he's kinda neutral. Haven't seen the show, so I don't know if it's any good.
