I haven't noticed any.

I can't stand the people who have large pictures in them. If a signature needs a scroll bar, it shouldn't be allowed either.

I agree on that as well, but I can't even understand why people want them. What's the good of posting a pic every single time you post, and people can't even see it without scrolling (which, after the first time MAYBE, no one will do).

Actually, I did see that animated sig that you mentioned. Not only is it animated, but it also has the scroll bars.

I agree on both. nothing worse than scrolling down a page and hitting an annoying scrolling sig.

You're lucky that yours doesn't scroll, even though it has the thingy on the side. Otherwise I'd have to put you on ignore

Does it have the scrollbar on the side for you really? Doesn't on mine.

I took the quote out of the quote box because it made my sig scroll, which I didn't want either.

I was actually just about to start a thread here about pictures in sigs. Funny that custom avatars aren't allowed until you've been a member for 2 years, but you can put a 800x600 picture in your sig if you want to.

They're a huge nuisance. Can we get rid of them?

No, don't kid, because you're right. My sig doesn't have a scroll bar at home but it does at work. My resolution's a little smaller here, but oh well.

I thought we weren't allowed to have them, but I checked in FAQ and here and there, and I can't find where it says it.

So I guess unless an admin tells you to take it down, you're allowed to have it.

well..., if someone has troubles to enter threads because my signature causes problems..., I'll take it down..., but I didn't received any complaints..., and an admin didnt contact me either..., so if someone has problems just say something and I will take it down...

I don't mind the animated sigs, but the ones you need to scroll down are very annoying and IMHO should not be allowed.
