I know its early in his career but I'm ready to label Russell a bust. Why not have someone waiting in the wings? Russell has no touch on the ball and tries to throw it through receivers seemingly.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Garcia's going to be happy to be a backup.

I think Garcia drawing no interest until now makes him happy to still have a job. He isn't dumb. He knows Russell has been a very inconsistent QB and knows he will most likely get the opportunity to take over the reigns at some point this season.

I don't follow college football too closely, but I never even heard of JeMarcus Russell until a month before the national title game. I had a feeling he wouldn't pan out. But to be fair, does he even have anyone to throw to on that team?

Also, a little off topic but it's an absolute joke that it took to the final game of the season to decide this division.

Not at WR anyway. Javon Walker busted. Curry got released. Johnnie Lee Higgins is literally the best WR they have.
