Going into the tournament here's what I was hoping would happen:
-Washington would advance to at least the Sweet 16 (negative)
-UCONN, Duke and UNC would lose early (negative)
-Wake Forest would do well (negative)
-There would be at least a few Cinderella's (negative)
-One of the 1 or 2 seeds would lose early (negative)
So, I have my reasons for not liking this year's Tourney (it doesn't mean I won't keep watching though).
If you want excitement you can always watch the ladies tournament and the UCONN women steamroll over everyone. Now there's high drama.That would be nice.

Great job by Missouri so far, they're really holding their own against Memphis.
Villanova defense doing what you need to do to stop Duke. Stay tight on their 3-point shooters, dont collapse when guys like Scheyer drive into the lane and kick out.

Trying to remove my bias for a second.....its gonna be almost impossible for Duke to win this game. Only way is if they can get Nova in foul trouble, get alot of points at the line and hope Nova goes cold from the field.
I dont see them generating enough points with their offense. When Nova's locks down on the perimeter, Duke has nowhere else to go.

Nova's defense has been absolutely suffocating. Even I didnt think they would do this good of a job against Duke....I think I can count on one hand the number of open looks Duke has had in this game.

I guess this is just going to be another one of those years where Duke doesn't recruit a REAL center, and it shows in the tournament.
